Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Verse With Me. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Verse With Me. Provide accurate information and don't impersonate others.

Acceptable use

Don't use Verse With Me for anything unlawful or abusive.
Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Content you share with a paired partner or study room is visible to those members.

Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, highlights, and messages you create. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content as needed to operate the app (including syncing it to a paired partner you choose).

Pro subscription

Verse With Me Pro is offered as a recurring subscription or a one-time period. On the web, payments are processed by Stripe; on iOS, through Apple In-App Purchase, and Apple's terms and billing apply. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. One Pro subscription can cover both paired partners. You can manage or cancel from Settings (web) or your Apple account settings (iOS). Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Bible text is provided through third-party sources and remains subject to the rights of its respective publishers.

Disclaimers

Verse With Me is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
